RULES AND STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REQUEST AN ILLUSTRATION
1. GENERAL
1.1 By ordering a commission you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2 These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• These terms will apply to all commissions made and to be made.
1.3 The commissions are made in order that they were liquidated with the payment of 100%.

3. ORDER TEMPLATE3.1 Specify as clearly and briefly as possible what type of commission and format you want.
• The canvas formats to handle are
For digital screens (cell phone or computers)
(1:1) Square.
(16:9) Rectangular horizontal.
(9:16) Vertical rectangle.For paper:
(A1) Double letter
(A2) Letter
• If you need another format, you must specify which one.
• The customer can add all the information that is necessary to express your request in a single email.
• You can add more data to the template if necessary but do not omit the fields.3.2 The client can send photographs, drawings, poses, expressions, clothing or colors for reference.
• If it exceeds the weight of the mail, you can create a drive document and give access to the link.3.3 ORDER TEMPLATE

DELIVERY DEADLINE: (OPTIONAL)3.4 You will receive an email response if your order has been accepted with the budget and means of payment to proceed.4. PAY4.1 The accepted methods of payment are PAYPAL and BBVA Bancomer.
4.2 Payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.
• Make sure you have a screenshot of your bank receipt as proof.
3.4 The commission will not start until full payment is received.
3.5 No haggling. Any insinuation will be cause for
cancel the order.5. DELIVERY DATES5.1 Each commission is scheduled and takes a period of 2 weeks to 3 months to complete.
• If the client has a delivery deadline, he must make it known in the commission request.6. REFUNDS6.1 A refund will only be provided if the illustrator so chooses.7. APPLICATIONS7.1 The illustration may be re-uploaded by the client on any social network as long as a link or mention of the creator is maintained.7.2 It is not allowed to use the illustration for sale or production of commercial merchandise.

7.3 I can upload any commission on my networks and portfolio (If it is something personal, you can discuss it).8. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING8.1 The WIP'S (advances) will be sent each phase of the process.8.2 Changes and editions will be approved only when they are errors and these are in the field allowed to be edited.8.3 When approving a WIP (advance) of the commission and you want a change that is outside the agreed order, it can be done with an extra amount to pay.8.4 The final product will be sent via mail in signed .png format.
